Gained a few pounds? Gradually getting unhealthier? These are two of the most common problems that millions of us have to face, but with a little change in your diet and an active lifestyle, you can really make a difference to your body and your health.

Think about your lifestyle. Consider the type of food you eat, and how much of it you eat. Focus on the basics, such as how much fruit you eat, how much water you drink, and why you're not getting enough. Remember to eat a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as it keeps you going and fills you up. Try low-fat margarine, spread on a piece of wholemeal bread, a small bowl of cereal, with fruit, and always have a drink of water or a fruit smoothie to wash it down. Choose the right snacks. Instead of munching on cookies, or guzzling down some cola, choose something that will keep you going until your next bigger meal. If you're feeling peckish between lunch or dinner, pick up a piece of fruit or a wholegrain nutrition bar, as this should cure any sudden cravings.

Make sure you eat a balanced dinner! Try to add a few carrots or broccoli. Chicken, veggies, and brown rice make for a perfect, nutritional meal. Make sure to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. This could be done by walking, jogging or cycling around, or joining a few sports clubs. Dancing is also a great way to lose weight. Make up your own routines and practice them for an hour each day, if you have no other options.

Make a list of all your unhealthy eating habits and try and resolve them one by one. Try the library or a bit of Internet research for help. Surprisingly, cleaning the house is also a good way to lose weight, in which you can burn up hundreds of calories an hour! Drink plenty of water and carry a small bottle with you wherever you go.

Do not starve yourself! You could end up doing serious damage to your internal organs, and it can ultimately result in hospitalization, or even death. Don't overdo the exercise.

Love the smell of gingerbread? Well, here's a scrub that smells so good, it's good enough to eat!

Ingredients:
* Ginger spice (a few pinches)
* Vanilla extract (a few drops)
* Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice (tsp each.)
* Almond oil (as the moisturizer) - other oils are also suitable, e.g. jojoba oil, apricot kernel oil, safflower oil, olive oil or grape seed oil3/4 cup
* brown sugar (yummy, gentle & nice fragrance) or salt (as the exfoliate) 3/4 cup
* Honey - See above
* Beeswax - Adds constitution to the mix and allows for some interesting fragrances.

Steps:
1. Pour your dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the oil and mix until you have a slushy mixture. (Use a wooden spoon to mix if possible to prevent any possible fragrance reactions with a metal spoon.)
2. Add to your small container.
3. Let it firm a bit overnight. Leave in the refrigerator if you like but make sure you put the lid on to prevent fridge smells from contaminating it.
4. Decorate your container if desired to make it look like one of your make-up products.
5. Massage into your skin and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse off and your skin should be left feeling silky and soft.

You can put sesame oil in it. It's really good for the skin. You could also try ginger and avocado - avocado is a soothing and moisturizing. Mash into a paste and keep the pit for massaging.

As we were watching the news yesterday, breaking news interrupted the news at MSNBC. The breaking news was about Michael Jackson been taken to UCLA hospital as we was in cardiac arrest. Cardiac arrest is very dangerous, once the heart stop it is very hard to save the patient from it. Michael Jackson died yesterday from cardiac arrest, doctors tried to revive for an hour but they did not succeed . Michael Jackson 50 years old,the king of Pop had died living his three kids.

Everyone is devastated including me yesterday, I was going to post about him yesterday but I couldn't. It is too painful, I admit I am a fan of Michael Jackson. I love his music in fact we have all his song on cd's. Even though, Michael is gone he will always be alive to all people who touch his music. His death is so sudden to everyone, a lot of people gathered at the hospital front to pay a resfect. Last night, most of TV channel played Michael Jackson's music video to remember him. Even though Michael Jackson is gone his music will always live on.

Friends are important - they love you for who you are . Everyone needs somebody to respect and trust, [not including your mom], but can your friends always respect and trust you?! So, you want to find out, but how?! Following this simple technique will make friendship last for a long time. Read on to find out how you can change your friendship.

1. Understand that if your friends spot something in a shop that they really like, buy it for their next birthday.
2. Get together and have some fun (e.g, bowling, shopping, etc.) It is great to have fun, you'll create memories you'll most likely never forget. Tip: Take pictures! Even if it's a bad picture of you or a dorky one overall, it will help you remember how much fun you really did have that moment.
3. Never stop believing in them. And, remember, if you want someone to have your back, always have theirs. You're never going to know who you will need in the future years.
4. Help them study for tests, or tutor them. It really makes you two connect on a better level so you can understand that they can learn just like everyone else. And who knows? Throwing in a few conversations could be nice.
5. Listen to them. The most important thing that anybody can do is just listen. When you need to let out what happened to you, it's great to have someone to understand you and let you vent. Do that for all your friends. They'll discover your truly trustworthy and a great listener, and most likely they will come to you with most of their problems.
6. Be friendly to their family, and if they do something extra embarrassing that your friend is cringing over, act like you didn't see, so they feel immediately better.

Introduce them to everyone you know, just to feel closer. Be someone who you'd want your friends to always treat you- that way they will learn from you, and everyone will have better relationships.Don't let a friend walk all over you, there's a line between respecting and cherishing a friendship and being a pushover towards a friendship.

Our weekend was so busy, for my hubebe's niece got married on Saturday. We went to bed like 4:am hoping that we were going to make it at church Sunday. Well! we didn't, I woke up Sunday with stiff neck, I couldn't move my head and I was in pain. I put some deep heat and I iced my neck down all day long Sunday and part Monday. My was sweet called our doctor if I can get in, but the doctor was so book up. The nurse at the doctors office called and told me to com in at 4:00pm.

Another Dr got to see me and examine what was going on. My neck was in flame, it was swelling and I had a sharp pain in my spine. She gave prescribe a pain pill and for the muscle spasm for me to take. It help quite a bit, I can turn my neck but not all the way though. I am still in pain and can still fell the pain in my spine. Next step is I will be going to see the Chiropractor to see about my spine.

That is why I missed some day of blogging and some of mt task expired. It suck but I need to rest my neck. Hopefully I will be able to blog hop all the way tomorrow.

So True BBQ RULES We are about to enter the BBQ season. Therefore it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity . When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events are put into motion:

Routine...
(1) The woman buys the food.
(2) The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables, and makes dessert
(3) The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill - beer in hand.
(4) The woman remains outside the compulsory three meter exclusion zone where the exuberance of testosterone and other manly bonding activities can take place without the interference of the woman.

Here comes the important part:
(5) THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL.
More routine...
(6) The woman goes inside to organise the plates and cutlery.
(7) The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is looking great. He thanks her and asks if she will bring another beer while he flips the meat

Important again:
(8) THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN.

More routine...
(9) The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauces, and brings them to the table.
(10) After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes.

And most important of all:
(11) Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts.
(12) The man asks the woman how she enjoyed ' her night off ', and, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some women.

For some reason I was feeling gloomy today, felt like that the weather here in Seattle is on my side because all of the sudden the weather here went chilli from darn warm. As I was going through my pictures that I had took when I went back to philippines like almost 11 years ago! Wow , that long huh, I haven't back home for almost 11 years now. I cannot believe I made it that long not to visit my native country. I bet a lot of things had change over there.

I would like to share this picture of my family back at home (Philippines)
My parents is on the middle, next to dad was my brother Reynante, next to my brother was my sister Penny, she is older than me, 4 years older but she look younger than me as they say. And people also say that we are twin. We are look alike really, the only difference is she got dimple on her right side chick and I don't(LOL). Anywho...next to my Mom was me, next to me was my younger sister Jerrelyn, she used to have a very long hair...I guess she got tired of fixing it and cut it off.

I guess I was just feeling homesick. I miss them all, and hoping to go back and visit them soon.

A good steam facial can open up your pores and let out impurities. As a weekly at-home spa treatment, it could be what you need to achieve a glowing complexion.

In-Shower Method
1. Turn on the hot water until you see and feel steam.
2. Stand with your face in or close to the steam for about 5 minutes.
3. To enhance the results, you can use a drugstore face mask such as Clean & Clear (Soft) In-shower facial that works with the steam of your shower in one minute.

Boil Method
1. Boil half a pot of water on the stove.
2. Turn the temperature down halfway or until the bubbling goes away.
3. Put your face over the pot and drape a towel over your head to hold in the steam for a half hour. It can be infused with herbs, petals, or essential oils for a more healing tonic.

Be sure your face has no traces of visible makeup, dirt, or oil. It might be advisable to do a quick once-over with a washcloth or use a remover wipe. Use a face cleanser immediately afterward to remove the impurities while your pores are still open. Rinse with cold water to close your pores and seal them.

During/after steaming all the underground bacteria will be brought to the surface of your skin, so do not panic if it looks worse. Blemishes might be more noticeable for up to an hour after patting dry. Just apply a spot treatment for now.

The end of the school year is a great time to prepare for transition -- the transition from one grade to another, but also the transition from in-classroom learning to the ongoing learning process that takes place outside of school. Use the following tips to help your child make the transition to the next grade level as easy as possible.

1. Make the most of the final weeks of school.
2. Review your child's progress. Many teachers spend the last weeks of school recapping the year's work. You can help your children review by asking them to show you what they've learned, or working through homework problems together.
3. Schedule a final meeting or discussion with the teacher. Talk about the year as a whole and identify successes, but also challenges your child may face when he or she returns in the fall.
4. Help your children stay motivated about school so they gain the full benefit of their final days in the classroom. Have a conversation every day about school.
5. Ask the teacher for a reading list for the summer. Teachers often have lists for the appropriate grade level, or in some cases you might be able to get specific recommendations for two kinds of books, those your child may enjoy reading, and those you may enjoy reading to your child.

* Know what the next grade will bring. You can speak to your child's current teacher or a teacher in their next grade level about the upcoming curriculum.Ask not only about subjects, but changes in focus. For example, 4th grade students usually begin to “read to learn” rather than “learn to read.” If your 3rd grade student is struggling with her reading, this summer would be a good time to focus on improving reading skills. If the next year will mean a change in schools -- such as entering high school -- take advantage of orientation sessions where you and your child can learn more about the new school. Let your kids be kids. Summer vacation is a great tradition. It's important to enjoy the time off. But children can also learn while they have fun. In fact, the best learning occurs when children don't realize they're learning. You can plan summer vacation activities that are both fun and educational, such as: If you know your child will be studying history next year, visit local historical sites or borrow historical books and novels from your library.

Continue reading throughout summer. Visit the local library where they can help you select books appropriate for your child's age and interest, or go to www.bookadventure.com. Book Adventure is a free, Sylvan-created, interactive, reading motivation program online. Students choose their own books, take short comprehension quizzes and redeem their accumulated points for small prizes. Book Adventure also offers teachers and parents resources and tips to help children develop a lifelong love of reading. Plan family activities that are fun, interactive and educational. To help you get started, Sylvan Learning Center offers a free activity booklet, Family Learning Fun. The booklet provides seven different ideas and activities that will help sustain and renew your childrens interest in learning and discovery. It is available on the Sylvan Learning Center’s Web site, while supplies, last at learning activities.

Attend summer camp. There are many enrichment activities available for children when school is out-of-session. Sylvan Learning Center offers engaging programs that keep the interest and fun in learning alive through the summer and into the school year. Develop writing skills by writing or emailing pen pals. Demonstrate the value of continuous learning to your child by showing how you continually learn -- such as regular reading, developing new skills for a job or learning a new hobby or sport.

After having children, some couples find that the closeness they once had begins to fade. Here's how to avoid that predicament.

1. Make your marriage a priority. Kids will eventually grow up and move away and the two of you will be left with each other. Your spouse should come before the children- always. That's not to say that there won't be times when the needs of the kids have to come first. But in general, do not use the kids as an excuse to not spend time with your spouse. By setting this example, your children will learn to expect their spouse to make them a priority also. They will also learn that the world does not revolve around them.
2. Present a united front Never take the side of the kids against your spouse, even if they are wrong. If you disagree with each other on an issue with the children, discuss it in private. But in public, ALWAYS support your spouse. Doing that will continue to create intimacy and trust between you which often is lacking once the kids come along.
3. Take pride in your appearance. Look attractive for your mate. Remember what he/she found attractive about you before you had kids and continue doing it. Don't buy into the lie that since you're married you can "let yourself go".
4. Give compliments. Make sure you let her know that she is still attractive to you. Show him that you still admire him and appreciate his hard work in supporting and protecting the family.
5. Maintain physical contact. Always kiss and hug as much as possible. Not only is it vital for you, it's vital your kids see your love for each other.
6. Plan a regular date night, and if you can't hire a babysitter put the kids to bed early. Do something that both of you will enjoy, or try something new. Have romantic dinners and baths.
7. Communicate. Make time every day to discuss what's happening in your lives. You may talk all the time, but do you really sit down and hear each other out on all the issues going on? Or do you let them build and blow up? Write love notes that are short and simple.
8. Have interests outside of the marriage, like a hobby or club. That way you always have some time apart. Time apart as well as together is vital. Balance the time you spend together with the time you spend as a family, and the time you spend apart.
9. Don't nag each other. Nagging happens when our expectations are not met. If you expect your spouse to be perfect and meet all your needs, you will ALWAYS be disapointed. If you have a problem or need something addressed right now, instead of nagging, try to communicate better. Ask him to do something, instead of demand that he do it.
10. Show respect. Never berate your mate in public, in front of family, your children, or anyone else. If you have a problem, discuss it privately and rationally. Yelling and pointing out faults only drives a person away.
11. Keep up with the little things. They are what matter most. Flowers, shoes, clothing, etc., for her and a favorite meal, tickets to a concert or game, a hat, etc., for him as a surprise. Consider each other.
12. Be Romantic. Remember how it was before you had children - be attentive and romantic with one another. Candles, flowers, massage oil, satin sheets, lingerie, surprise gifts, filling up her car with gas, movie and dinner... these are essential in keeping things running as smoothly as possible.

Enjoy the children. Play with them and teach them. Communicate with them, and allow them to feel that they are a part of the family. When they go to sleep, make time for the two of you. Ask grandparents to take the children for the weekend or an overnight visit if they live near you. Spend the time together with your mate.

People with the best intentions sometimes get overwhelmed by the idea of charity. They think they need a great deal of time or money or courage to make a real difference in the world. But you don't have to be a philanthropist to help. Anne Herbert said, "Practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty;” by doing this, you can help every day with small but important acts of encouragement and generosity.

Write a letter to a stranger. It only takes a few minutes to write, but a letter can make someone else's day, or even their week. Think of all the people who are lonely, isolated or just in need of cheering up: soldiers fighting overseas, kids in juvenile detention centers or elderly people in nursing homes. Do a simple search online and you'll find services that will provide you with list of people who'd love to hear from you. Put someone else first. If you get to the grocery store check-out line at the same time as someone else, you can decide to smile and wave them through first. Or, when you're stuck in traffic and the last thing you want to do is let a car get in front of you, just remember that somebody else had to let you in, and repay the favor to the next person! Say thank you. Think of all the people in your life whose faces and names you'll never know but who serve and protect you day after day. Send some prepackaged treats to your local police or fire department with a card letting them know how much you appreciate their service to the community. (Since homemade desserts could be contaminated, they will probably not be eaten.)

Compliment someone. There's usually an awkward silence when you're stuck in an elevator with a stranger. Instead of staring at the floor, find something you like about the other person and compliment him/her on it. Not only will it make him/her feel good, it just might kick off a conversation with a new friend. Offer helping hands. Do you ever see homeless people and feel overwhelmed by your inability to make a difference? Even if you can't save them all, you can do a lot with one small act. Buy a pair of gloves or dig up an old blanket, and give them to someone who's living in the cold streets or to any organization that serves the homeless. Clean up. The next time you see someone littering, don't just shake your head and look the other way. Pick up the litter and throw it away, and while you're at it, look around the street for any other trash that needs to be removed. If you take a walk, take a plastic grocery bag so you can collect the trash that would otherwise just make you unhappy, and know that you're doing a random act of kindness for the people who will come through after you!

Cheer someone up. Maybe you know someone who's had a horrible day. Send them some flowers or give them a warm hug to make them feel better. Everyone needs just a little extra love sometimes. Send a message. Write down your favorite poem on happiness or jot down some thoughts on hope, then leave it somewhere for a stranger to find. Or try the most random method of all: Put a message in a bottle and toss it into the ocean. You never know who will receive it - or how much they might need it. Forgive somebody. You'd be amazed at the ripple effect an ounce of forgiveness can have in your life and in the lives of others. Share a smile. When meeting a new person, or even chatting with an old one, express joy. Show that you're happy to be with them, and that they make you happy.

This tells you how to be civilized and considerate of your fellow diners when you got for a bite to eat or just show up with a large group.

Be polite. When you are seated at a table and your server comes to greet you, stop talking, get off the phone and respond. Think about how it feels for those waiting on you when you make them wait for a long time; you wouldn't do this to people at your work, so try not to do it in a restaurant. Be helpful when the server asks for your drink. Make it very clear what it is that you would like and if you need any changes, spell these out very clearly rather than hoping your server will read your mind. Be considerate if your server asks you if want something before the meal; this is often standard practice. Just say no if it doesn't interest you. Try to discern what is in your meal choice prior to asking questions. That way, you can avoid asking more obvious questions and just ask the questions that are specific to your concerns, such as any need for dietary changes or allergen avoidance. When you receive your meal the server will wait about 30 seconds for you to check it over and make sure it's ok or if you need anything else. Tell the waiter there and then if something concerns you, or if something is missing; that is what this opportunity is for.

Be gracious when the server checks in on you. The server should come back more then one time to see how your are doing, don't ignore them or be rude - a simple nod will do unless there is a problem. Always let the server take your plate when you're done; it's there job to remove the plate. If you need a fresh plate for anything, just ask for one. Although you probably don't want anything after the meal, don't wait if you do because the bill is likely in the process of being tallied up if you dally. The server will ask you if you want anything, and this is your opportunity to ask for dessert, extra drinks etc. Be savvy about payment. When it comes to credit cards or debit, remember they are the same payment method as far as the server is concerned. Don't ask the server to add the tip - that is your job and you should write this in clearly. With cash, an experienced server can tell if you need change or not if you are using a 50 on a 25 dollar meal. But if a server says "I will be right back with your change" but you don't want any, say so right there and then to save them having to make a return trip for naught, especially on a busy night.

If you have more then 10 people, call ahead at least an hour before you come in. It makes things easier for everyone. Get off your cell phone when you're trying to order. It is not only rude to do this around your fellow diners but it complicates the ordering process with your server and mistakes can easily occur. If it's not on the menu, be very, very polite when you ask for something not there. Most of the time, unrelated dishes won't be catered for but changes to existing dishes for dietary and allergy needs often can be done. It also helps to phone in advance to warn the restaurant of such changes if possible. The way you act to your server is the same way they are going act back to you. Be nice, take your time, and don't be rude servers handle your food. You get out of life what you put into it; eating out is pretty similar!

This quote inspired me:

"Life is a banquet, and most poor suckers are starving to death!"

Finding your own happiness starts and ends with you. Read on to find out how to have more joy in life.

Listen to the put down. Is it something petty, like, "I hate that color on you", or is a rude comment, such as, "You're lazy!"? Petty unfounded comments are like a fly stinging a horse; they should be brushed off, but rude comments need more attention. Ask yourself if a rude comment is true. "Am I lazy?" If you know the answer off the top of your head, then brush off the comment (unless it's repeated behavior, then you may want to avoid that person, talk to them about it or tell your boss/teacher, if needed). Ask a trusted friend if they think the comment is true, or you can ask the person why they made that comment, and to give you examples. A good friend will be constructive and help you as much as they can. Work on it if you think the person insulting you has a point. Nobody is perfect, but by being proactive you will improve that particular aspect of yourself. Too meek? Work on it! Take some confidence or public speaking classes. Unfit? Grab a tracksuit and hit the gym. You don't have to do this for every little thing, but working on the big things holding you back will massively improve yourself and your attitude. Learn to ignore worthless comments. They're opinions that are just meant to hurt your feelings, and are not at all truthful. Try to remember that people often insult out of anger or jealousy. Some people take joy out of hurting others, and anything they say should be put in the back of your mind. Laugh at yourself. If it's not a big deal to you, it shouldn't be an issue to others. But remember, laughing at something that really injures your self-esteem is a no. It just gives others the feeling that they too can do that to you.

Get to know who you are and what you want. When you are comfortable in your own skin, loving yourself comes naturally. Make a list of things you're good at or that you like about yourself. For example, "i have a nice smile" or "I'm a good runner". Having a list of all your good qualities will make you feel worthy. You may need to spend more time alone to get to know yourself. Ask yourself, "What do you want?" What makes you happy?" "What don't you like?" "What are you willing to do to please yourself?" Keeping a journal is highly recommended. When you know who you are, and what you like, you will begin to attract like-minded people. "Birds of a feather flock together" is NOT just a saying. Having like-minded, supportive friends will help you ignore the small stuff. Remember, it all starts with you getting to know yourself and liking yourself. Until you do that, don't be surprised if few people like you. Good luck on your journey to joy! ALWAYS REMEMBER AND NEVER FORGET THAT YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. YOU ARE A GOOD PERSON AND YOU HAVE A PLACE IN THIS WORLD AND DON'T EVER LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

There are people who are just plain mean spirited. They tend to be jealous of kind hearted, friendly, and/or happy people. Stay away from them as much as possible.
There are people who take pleasure in hurting other people's feelings even only by making comments such as "You look awful today". Just because you are kindhearted and loving doesn't necessarily mean that everyone around you is too.Learn to tell the difference between those two kinds of people and don't treat everyone as your friend. When they hurt you eventually, you will be disappointed because you expected otherwise, and that can ruin your emotional state. Stay away from those people, and ALWAYS ANSWER BACK at such comments. You might end up arguing with them or even breaking up a long term friendship, but it will save you from future depression when you simply swallow everything without saying a word.

Are you unhappy because others label you, leave you out, or put you down? You are made of stronger stuff. You can be happy with whatever life brings you.

Realize that many of the people who pick on you are jealous or feel inferior. What sort of a person would go around trying to pick on every little flaw, just to make you feel bad? Don't let it get you down. Don't retaliate. Just smile, take a calming breath, and walk away. Think about the idea of karma. What goes around, comes around. Someone might be mean to you, but the bad feeling will find it's way back to them. Keep your own karma in good shape by being kind to others! Write. Then write some more. Write any worries or negative feelings on a slip of paper, then tear it up and throw it away. You'll feel relieved, and as if you really have thrown your worries in the bin. Labels are for losers. Hang around with everyone. Try not to give anyone or any group a label. Pretty soon you will realize that labels just give a preconceived notion about someone...not tell you anything about who they really are. Take care of yourself. Eat and drink what's best for your body. Drink plenty of water and stay away from soda. Eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables a day, and get a good nights sleep. Wash regularly and take pride in yourself. You should know that happiness is the way to make a lot of friends if you'll become happy you'll be successful in life.

Be careful about how you talk to yourself. Remind yourself that you are an amazing person. Enjoy your own company. Do things in your spare time that make you happy. If you like being with yourself, chances are others will too.Worrying can't make the matter better. Write out your worries then let them go.

Well, as I was opening my blogs and reading my message box and comment area on my posts. I came across one person who commented on my post about Rich PTC Withdraw. Here is what he said to me

Michael said...
Well your Rich PTC name of mjane73 does not show up on their list of proof of payments, so I think you are full of crap. You have not gotten paid, so do not lie about it!

First of all Michael! what ever your real name is. I strongly suggest for you to go back and read my post before you accused me this kind allegation. Secondable, I never said , "I HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN PAID! And third"! DO NOT call me a lair because as far I know I never lie anything about it. All I have said on my post was what happened and what I did! Got that?

If you are mad of the world, do not, do not include me, because I never ever done anything to you, I DON'T FUCKING KNOW YOU! I DON"T GIVE A SHIT WHAT YOU ARE! You are so rude and unbelievable person, no wonder why you have a problem. I respect all men and women in uniform but I certainly do not respect you! Get a life will you!

After I first sign up at Rich PTC , I was not sure about it because you have to earn $1000.00 to withdraw. I kind of think twice before I begin, and I told myself what heck, I will take my chances. So, as I begun my daily visit at my account at Rich PTC and clicking those ads advertising about it! My earning started growing everyday. The more ads you click the more $1.00 gets added. Of course the putting rich ptc on my blog, referrals really help me build up my earning.

Just few hours ago I log into my account and saw that I made over $1000.00 already so, I click on my withdraw button and withdraw $1000.00 of my earning. To be able to get paid , you must have paypal or alertpay account. Right now, I am waiting for my payment time, like we wait to get paid for some advertsing cmpany. I think Rich PTC is so far so good!

Yesterday was my Biometric appointment at USCIS for my green card. I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Anyway, woke up 5:45 AM to make sure I have enough time to get ready and make it there in time. Home Land Security Office was like 35 minutes without traffic. We left 6:50 AM... by the time we reach I5 south traffic was bumper to bumper. There was an accident both ways I5 south bound and I5 northbound. Two left lane was close so we weren't able to use the express lane. The flow was so slow, we were moving like a turtle. I was sure if I were gonna make it on my 8:00 AM appointment. I keep my self cool not to react and ruin my Monday morning just for some accident.

My hubebe was saying we could have left sooner, but with all the patient and praying I did :).We finally made it 10 til 8:00 AM at the Homeland security office. When we got there, we thought that there was a free parking as the sign said it was a public parking. But when we got to the gate , we end up paying $6.00. That was so ridiculous, public parking suppose to be free! But, anyway, had to walk .05 mile from the parking space to the office building. We gone through security screening, then had to fill up some paper and get in line to check in and gave my Id's. Then, had to be seated and wait for my name to be called for my finger print and picture taken done.

Waited for 30 minutes and then finally my name was called. Went in inside for my finger print and picture taken done, the women that was doing my finger print was having hard time completing my small finger because they were tiny. Had my ten fingers print done, then my signature and then picture taken. Make sure, I didn't do any violation (LOL). They had to put one year extension on my green card just in case I have to travel. That's done, all I need to do now is waited for my new green card on the mail. That's out of the way, finally.
