Is other than .....my daughter Avory! My daughter entered a coloring contest at Martin's Market which is a convenient store like Fred Myers. The drawing was posted and the judges had to picked which was the better coloring made. And my daughter won it! Yehey! She has been complaining to me about not winning anything everytime she entered the contest....and now she won. Her excitement was beyond explain. When I was talking to the lady on the phone who was letting me know that my daughter won the contest. Avory jumped up and down, running back and fort around the house. She was so excited.

Anyway she won $50.00 gift card from Toys R us. Tomorrow we are planning to shop online. Sharing some photos with you all. Of course my camera's date, year, month and time still all messed up. I will try to fix it tonight, so that it will not complicate the photos anymore.

Post Holiday Syndrome is defined as the syndrome which people suffer when they have spent a wonderful holiday and no longer have a functional daily rhythm. As defined by the DSM IV, holiday blues or holiday depression are terms commonly used to depict mental distress occurring after the winter holidays and festival. The term used here is "blues” since it describes mild mental distress, which is a commonly occurring phenomenon when we are dealing with daily life problems. The more severe form of this is referred as depression since it is an illness of persistent sadness, and is not attributed to normal holiday reaction. Below are the common steps to get rid of post holiday stressors:

Always make healthy choices – like choose healthy food, healthy drinks, and have some good amount of exercise. This act as a mood enhancer and pumps more positive energy in you. Good food and exercise is associated with mood relaxing hormones. Make realistic resolutions. We are not perfect people and we are living in a world which is far more imperfect. So refrain from making too sensitive or harsh resolutions. Stick to something which is realistic. The goals should be reasonable and most importantly achievable. If we take a weight loss as an example, targeting for a size zero is unrealistic, but looking for 1lb in a span of week seems to be more achievable.

Take help from professionals - be it for finance or be it for oozing the ill feelings out of the mind. This is important for those who were not planning well enough for the holidays and are now deep down in the debt rack. Search to your past for getting more on what turns you on and what turns you off. If you have spent period after last 2 holidays in despair, then the chances of this post holiday period in despair are high. Look carefully about what you did last time and what relaxed you. Generally speaking these problems can be prevented with simple steps and are no cause of major concern.Don't hesitate to reach out to professional medical help if the feeling persists for more than 3 weeks.

A person suffering from Post Holiday Syndrome will behave in erratic fashion for the initial weeks after the holiday like waking at night and sleeping during the day. It is attributed to heavy responsibilities an enjoying which people do during holidays. According to a study conducted in Spain, it is estimated that 35 % Spanish workers face post holiday syndrome once they are back to routine work. It is the discomfort which causes the individual's inability to adapt back to work after the holidays.

I am having my Moment about sharing music video. I love this song, I love alisha Keys a alone, she is a great singer.

Yea I'm out that Brooklyn, now I'm down in TriBeCa
right next to Deniro, but I'll be hood forever
I'm the new Sinatra, and... since I made it here
I can make it anywhere, yea, they love me everywhere
I used to cop in Harlem, all of my Dominicano's
right there up on Broadway, pull me back to that McDonald's
Took it to my stashbox, 560 State St.
catch me in the kitchen like a Simmons with them Pastry's
Cruisin' down 8th St., off white Lexus
drivin' so slow, but BK is from Texas
Me, I'm out that Bed-Stuy, home of that boy Biggie
now I live on Billboard and I brought my boys with me
Say what's up to Ty-Ty, still sippin' mai tai's
sittin' courtside, Knicks & Nets give me high five
Nigga I be Spike'd out, I could trip a referee
Tell by my attitude that I'm most definitely from....

[Chorus: Alicia Keys]
New York, concrete jungle where dreams are made of
There's nothin' you can't do
Now you're in New York
These streets will make you feel brand new
Big lights will inspire you
Let's hear it for New York, New York,
New York

[Verse 2: Jay-Z]
Catch me at the X with OG at a Yankee game
Shit, I made the Yankee hat more famous then a Yankee can
You should know I bleed blue, but I ain't a Crip though
but I got a gang of niggas walkin' with my clique though
Welcome to the melting pot, corners where we sellin' rock
Afrika Bambataa shit, home of the hip-hop
Yellow cab, gypsy cab, dollar cab, holla back
for foreigners it ain't for, they act like they forgot how to act
8 million stories, out there in it naked
City, it's a pity, half of y'all won't make it
Me, I got a plug, Special Ed "I Got It Made"
If Jeezy's payin' LeBron, I'm payin' Dwyane Wade
Three dice cee-lo, three Card Monty
Labor Day Parade, rest in peace Bob Marley
Statue of Liberty, long live the World Trade
Long live the King yo, I'm from the Empire State that's

[Chorus:]

[Verse 3: Jay-Z]
Lights is blinding, girls need blinders
so they can step out of bounds quick, the sidelines is
lined with casualties, who sip to life casually
then gradually become worse, don't bite the apple eve
Caught up in the in-crowd, now you're in style
End of the winter gets cold, en vogue, with your skin out
City of sin, it's a pity on the wind
Good girls gone bad, the city's filled with them
Mami took a bus trip, now she got her bust out
Everybody ride her, just like a bus route
Hail Mary to the city, you're a virgin
And Jesus can't save you, life starts when the church end
Came here for school, graduated to the high life
Ball players, rap stars, addicted to the limelight
MDMA got you feelin' like a champion
The city never sleeps, better slip you an Ambien

[Chorus:]

[Bridge: Alicia Keys]
One hand in the air for the big city
Street lights, big dreams, all lookin' pretty
No place in the world that could compare
Put your lighters in the air
Everybody say "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah"

Take a heap of child-like wonder
That opens up our eyes
To the unexpected gifts in life—
Each day a sweet surprise.

Mix in fond appreciation
For the people whom we know;
Like festive Christmas candles,
Each one has a special glow.

Add some giggles and some laughter,
A dash of Christmas food,
(Amazing how a piece of pie
Improves our attitude!)

Stir it all with human kindness;
Wrap it up in love and peace,
Decorate with optimism, and
Our joy will never cease.

If we use this healthy recipe,
We know we will remember
To be in the Christmas spirit,
Even when it's not December.

Here is how to start a fashion website. Whether you want to sell clothing online, show off your designs, discuss the hottest runway trends, or give fashion advice, these are some important steps to design your own style domain on the web.

Gather photos of models or fashion items on mannequins and write content for your site. The more content and media the more traffic you will receive.Picture your desired audience quantity. This will help you determine the amount of work you spend with the site as well as your budget. Make sure you know what type of demographic you want to attract and design your site accordingly. If your viewers are primarily women in their 20's make sure you design your themes/colors/styles to catch your target group's interest and attention.Spend a great deal of time with your website. You need to do this if you want it to turn out as a hit rather than a flop, as well as be genuine. You cannot just stuff money into someone's pocket.Have the HTML for your website. Can you code html? Or use software like Dreamweaver? Are you capable of creating a site with appeal for your audience? If not, you might want to consider hiring a webmaster.

Find a graphic designer. You can always use Google to locate a graphic designer, but be careful; many graphic designers use the same or similar templates they used for other sites. You want to be unique not trendy and cliche. Having a good artistic designer is essential for a fashion website as the two infuse each other.Figure out how you are going to drive traffic to your website. Do you have promotions or events set up or a local audience set up? If so, this is a great grassroots place to start for getting attention to your website.Make sure your website is stylish and is, of course, fashionable. Here is an example web site that arranges its media and site navigation for aesthetic viewing: http://www.bb1classic.com.

Have friends critique your website and have your users give you feedback.Always make sure your website is updated regularly and is well maintained.Watch your traffic and make sure it stays on the increase! If you did something to increase traffic on your site, improve on that and keep doing similar things, you will find you can use your traffic to give you direction in which way you want your website to go.Submit your website to Google or Yahoo.Use other websites in support with your site. You can create blogs or Myspace accounts, or just link within whatever community you may choose for your personal fashion website.

MellowYellowMondayBadge

My entry for Mellow Yellow Monday is Papaya... this fruit is a tropical fruit. Papaya has a long shape like a pears and can have a yellow or orange color skin when it is ripe. They comes in different sizes and weight. Each fruit may have a weigh of about one pound to even more than 3 kilo! The length can be 75 to 500 mm. The shape of papaya can differ from a rather long to a rather round shape. It is very rich in vitamin A en C.

And that is my entry for mellow yellow monday. Happy Monday everyone, click on the badge to join Yellow Mellow Monday.

I got a call from a friend last night asking me if I wanted to go out and Karaoke, since I am so bored and need to do something.. I said what the heek, hell yah! Anyway, we went to Eagles ( that where the Karaoke bar is ) for Karaoke, when we got there, a bunch of filipina were there. I said hi since I haven't seen them for 4 years... some of them knows me by appearance but forget my name. Can you imagine that?

Anyway, we had fun. ate eda( the one on the picture, I did not took a bunch of picture just the one above) she tried to make me sing, but I told her i haven't done any karaoke for 4 years so my voice is kind of rusted. When we used to do karaoke before I move to Seattle, we always sand a song called "Almost paradise". She did put that for her and the other filipina named Lydia for then so sing... but guess what? I end up helping them cause ate lydia does not know the song LOL. Was funny but was fun. We had some intermission between people singing. The DJ usually put disco music during intermission so.... I got to dance. I rather.. disco than sing anyway :)). But over all we had fun.

Yesterday was my daughter's dentist appointment. The funny thing was when the receptionist asked me what my daughter's birth date... i paused and had to think when. My mind just went blank all of the sudden, not that I don't know my kids birth date... i guess I have my moment today. Felt like I am so tired and my mine was not working at all. Anyway back to my daughter's dentist exam, they took ex-ray, she lose 4 teeth since the last visit which was in august.

The dentist said her teeth are healthy, no cavity that's a plus. She just need to brush it real good on the front , and avoid soda . Anyway she did great and had a excellent report. Just want to share some snap shut.

Okay, we just got back from my son's 2:00PM Doctor's appointment. As I have mentioned earlier that he'd missed school because of being trowing up and sick into his stomach. His Doctor say that his lymph nodes are red and might have a viral sore troat. And he might have a norovirus which is in the stomach. That's why my son's stomach is always upset and he was always trowing up.

So, the doctor order him to stay home and keep the fluid and soft meal down and the virus will go away in several days. Viruses like I'd mentioned above usually can be treated it self and heal by it self, unless it is really bad. Of course my son does not like the idea of being home and not be able to go outside and play. He told me that his holiday break from school is ruin. Sometimes no matter what explain you have to do, sometimes they do not understand. But in a long run they'll get over it.

My daughter had her usual basketball practice tonight. The practice went really well, the team learned more each practice they have. As usual they learned how to be in the position of offense and defense. And hey! they got their new Jersey ( basketball uniform shirt.)

Cold weather can be great. Pretty snowflakes, cozy rain, skiing, and snowboarding...but then the snow turns to sleet, the rain starts to pour and you're just too cold to ski or snowboard. Cold weather can be nasty, whether you're camping in the mountains or hanging around in the garden. If you're trying to stay warm, hope this will help....

Check The Weather Beforehand. So you know it's going to be cold. But how cold? Is it going to rain or snow? What's the wind condition? All of these details can help you figure out how to dress and what kind of activities to plan. Check the weather on the Internet or simply flick on the television for useful information. The weather forecast is usually for the whole week, so you can be prepared for the cold days in advance.Think About What Activities You're Doing. If it's going to rain and you were planning to go to the beach, then don't try to go through with it. Sometimes it's annoying to have to cancel plans, but to avoid freezing and having a lousy time, you need to choose your activities sensibly. Try to do things that won't be affected by the weather. For example, anything indoors is fine. You could also do things that involve the cold weather, such as skiing or just playing in the snow. Dress Appropriately. Now that you've checked the weather, it should be easy to dress well. If you're going to be out in the extreme cold, wear as much warm clothing as possible. If it's mid cold, try to dress in layers so that you can add or remove clothes throughout the day. If it's not too cold, try to dress in just a few layers and pack an extra coat or jumper. Some good items of clothing for the cold weather might include:

Thermals. You can buy thermal underwear in clothing and underwear shops and simply wear them under your clothes. Thermals are great for layers and extreme cold. Long socks or leg warmers. These will keep your legs warm more closely, rather than just wearing pants and ordinary socks. Plus, nobody will see them when you wear pants. Jackets. A good, thick zip up jacket is perfect for cold weather. It's warm, but also easy to put on and off. Get rid of those cotton jacket, buy a leather or a good polyester jacket instead!Other accessories such as gloves, scarves and beanies. All of these items can add flair to your outfit while also keeping you toasty.

Pack Warm Food. Sometimes all you need in chilly conditions is hot food or drink. Good ideas are soup or noodles. Keep these in a flask and carry them around in a bag with you for lunch, rather than stale, cold sandwiches. Warm food and drink will warm you inside and keep your strengths up.Be Prepared For All Conditions. If you're walking back home from work or school and it suddenly starts bucketing down rain, you're going to be in a tight spot. Try to be prepared for all cold rain conditions, like rain or snow. Keep an umbrella and thick coat with you. Always have alternative transport you can get to if you're walking, like a friend to pick you up or just the bus

I got a call from the Cashmere Middle school earlier, my son was at the school clinic because he has been trowing up. So, I had to drive down there to picked him up, he was at the bathroom trowing up, I hate it when one of my kids is sick (I think every parents does not like their kids being sick).

Anywho, he is home sick. Made him chicken noodle soup with crackers on the side. Ginger ale to settle his stomach... I know flue is going around. I hope he feels better soon.

How are you all doing today? Just walked my kids up to school, it's cold for not that cold like in several days. Monday and it's snowing here in North Central Washington. We all love snow, as long as it is not freezing. It has been so new to me, since Seattle (North West) does not get snow that often, but now that I am here in North Central look likes I will see more snow action.

I know that my kids would love to get more snow so that they can go outside with their snow suite and play. Snow still coming down slowly, we'll see how much we get today!

Today, I tried going to the mall to finished up my Christmas shopping done. My son, my daughter and her friend wanted to come along, so I went with three kids. Not that they are not well behave, the problem was... the Mall was pack! My gosh, we can't hardly move around the mall. I told my self this was a bad idea bringing kids to the mall with me. First of all, my son was keep on telling me he does not want to go to the girly stuff so he end up waiting outside claires until my daughter and her friend buying some earring.

I decided to take the kids home and just come and shop by myself. We stop by at Mc Donald and grab a bite before taking back home. At least one thing was done despite of how crowded the mall was. I was not sure what was I thinking when I agreed to take the kids with me since this is the busiest month of the year. Atleast they get to see the giant Christmas tree in the middle of the mall. This time we are not allowed to take a picture with the kids on the back ground, unless you pay $20. One thing I'd learned " don't bring kids when you go shopping during Christmas Holiday.

My daughter have her friend Emma over for sleep over. They decide to play cook out, they gather as much as they can find in the fridge, juice, roll ,peanut butter etc..etc. They decided to make some peanut butter sandwich with m and m on the top. They said its for me to eat when I get hungry. They are so funny.

Later on they are going top play dress up.They are having so much fun.

There is nothing like a good hot tea, when the weather is freezing cold. I have been cold all day, well... its most of the week anyway, its because the weather/environment changed for me. From the Seattle rainy, cloudy, green environment weather to North central WA freezing cold single digit at night weather. I tried my best to be warm, with a hot tea, scarf, thick coat and glove to go pick me daughter up from school is all the time needed.

People always wonder what to do on an utterly boring and dull weekend with nothing to do and no money to spend. Here's a solution to your dreadful problem!

Eat a nice hot breakfast such as frozen waffles, pop tarts, pancakes, you name it! Along with that, a cup of hot tea or coffee is recommended. Also, orange juice is a great morning drink, because it will give you all the energy you need for the day of relaxation!Take a long, hot shower or bath to get you up and awake, then either get in a clean pair of pajamas or a comfortable outfit such as sweatpants and a sweatshirt.Get on the computer, watch your favorite show, listen to music, etc.Eat again then relax and do whatever suits your interests. Some interesting ideas are to meditate, read, do your hair, dress up for fun, whatever your heart desires!

If you're home alone, then let loose and be yourself completely. Do something silly or stupid, scream, release all the week's stress in some just plain dumb ways. You'll feel much better. If it's raining outside and your parents or whoever agrees, go walk in the rain; or if you dare, dance in the rain! Just have fun.
Get something to look forward to. Think about that long assembly that gets you out of school on Monday or your favorite movie being aired on TV.

To have fun, you can do anything! If you truly can't think of anything, you can always call an old friend.
Another great idea to release the week's stress is to write down your thoughts & feelings. Resist the urge to check on work, call the office or check office emails. Unless you are required. Turn off your cellphone
Don't spend time around friends from work since work will almost always come up
Plan a few things to do. You'll feel like you got the most out of your weekend. Take a tour, read a book, visit friends or family, do something constructive yet rewarding. Try not to get yourself into trouble! If you want to have a nice relaxing weekend then that won't be very good.

If you are required to work, this article is not encouraging you to skip work. If you need to, wait until a weekend you have off.
Seriously, try not to get into trouble.
If you have kids then this could become a big problem when trying to relax. Get a babysitter.

There is something very special about displaying a live and Living Christmas tree that provides a tree for you to plant on your garden after the holidays. Many buy imitation trees, because they do not enjoy throwing a live tree away. Planting a Living Christmas tree yearly will commemorate each holiday as a special year. Looking back when the kids have grown, along with the tree, they can read who celebrated the holidays at that date with the family and bring back cherished memories. With care and planning, your Christmas tree will serve as a living memory for many years.

Slowly bring the living tree from the outside to the inside of your house starting with the garage or enclosed porch, and ending up inside the house. To expose a dormant tree from the cold outdoors, to the warm indoors immediately will start to grow. This growth is what you want to avoid. Make sure to check the tree for bugs or insect eggs, while the tree gets used to the warmth. Buy a spray with an anti-dessicant or anti-wilt product so that during the introduction to the house phase, the needles will not drop. It will also help keep the moisture in the tree, that might be lost once it is brought inside. Place the tree and the root ball in a large galvanized tub.

Locate the tree indoors in as cool a location as possible. Keep it away from heating vents, fireplaces and other heat sources. Use limited numbers of miniature tree lights. Provide as much natural light as possible.Place the root ball or container in a water holding tub. Fill the bottom two inches of the tub with gravel and place the ball or container on the gravel. This will keep the tree from sitting in water. Keep the root ball constantly and evenly moist, but not flooded. A handy technique for watering trees while indoors is to place crushed ice over the top of the root ball. Learn that a piece of pipe inserted vertically at the side of the tub provides an easy way to check water level in the tub. If there is water at the bottom of the pipe, you do not need to water the tree. You can check the water level by inserting a "dip stick" into the pipe.

Skip the galvanized tub and stabilization steps if the tree comes packed in a plastic bucket. Use something under the tree to protect the floor. Look for Anti-dessicants and anti-wilt product under the names of Wilt-Pruf or Cloud-Cover.If the work of bringing a live tree in and out of the house seems excessive, consider planting the tree directly outside and decorating it there. This can become an enjoyable occasion that is less stressful on both you and the tree. If you do not have space in your own yard for a living tree, you may be able to donate it to a local school, church or park. Be sure that there are such options in your area ahead of time. Place old cotton towels on top of the root ball and keep the towels moist. Wet towels will generally remain moist for for 1-2 days depending on conditions in your home. They also make it easier to apply water to the tree root ball without spillage onto your flooring.

Living trees can stay in the house for only a brief period, no more than 7 to 10 days. Longer periods in a home can lead to death of the tree.

Just chilling on the couch while my daughter was playing game online, she love playing toon town game on the Internet, while my son was on his bedroom watching his show on TV. While I am just sitting and watching Akeela and the spelling bee on TV and tinkering on a lap top at the same. It is Saturday so figured they can stay up late tonight.

So, taking a picture while my daughter was playing online was very tempting so I did. She looked so serious playing game. So, here it is, sharing with all of you.

Saving lives is easier than ever; you don't have to rescue someone who's fallen through ice, do CPR, or push someone out of the way of a moving bus. Do you know that you can save someone live just by simply collecting potentially life-saving stem cells found naturally in menstrual blood? C'elle is a service provides women with the unique opportunity to collect and preserve vital stem cells that can be harvested from the body's menstrual fluid during the menstrual cycle.

These menstrual stem cells are unique because they have many properties and characteristics similar to both bone marrow and embryonic stem cells; they multiply rapidly and can differentiate into many other types of stem cells such as neural, cardiac, bone, fat, cartilage and possibly others; demonstrating great promise for future use in clinical regenerative medical therapies. Preliminary research suggests that in addition to potential use by the donor, these stem cells may possibly be used as well to benefit other family members who are genetically related to the donor, such as perhaps a parent, sibling or child.

C’elle is the first available service that enables women to collect and preserve stem cells from their menstrual flow. This process is painless, easy and can be done right at home. And even though C’elle is the first service of its kind, they are not new to the stem cell arena. C’elle was developed by researchers at Cryo-Cell International, a pioneer in non-controversial stem cell research and preservation. Since 1992, Cryo-Cell has helped nearly 185,000 families to preserve their babies’ umbilical cord blood. Stem cells from umbilical cord blood are known to treat more than 75 diseases, including leukemia, anemia and lymphoma.

Calling all women, give a special give this season , preserve your vital stem cells that can be harvested from your body's menstrual fluid during the menstrual cycle and save someone live, it is the best gift you can give. To find out more about C'elle and to learn about the FAQs visit celle.com

Arranging a Thanksgiving table needn't be an overwhelming project. With a little bit of time and imagination, plus faith in elegant simplicity, you'll have a superb dinner table set-up without fuss.

Select a plain colored tablecloth. White is an excellent color as it will set off anything you choose to add to the table but the choice is yours. Avoid patterns or designs, as these overwhelm the table too quickly. Choose a color theme. Usual colors reflect fall - oranges, yellows, golds, reds and browns. Orange is also a reflection of pumpkins, squash and other signs of harvest bounty. Buy serviettes (napkins) that reflect the chosen theme - there are also various fall designs pre-printed on serviettes that might be suitable for your theme.Find a Cornucopia basket. This can be placed on the table to represent the bounty of harvest. You can leave it empty, or fill it with fruits such as red apples and yellow pears. Get crafty! Make fall colored paper items to provide color to the table:

Leaves - Choose a variety of paper that reflects realistic leaf colors and fits your chosen color theme, such as reds and oranges. Cut the papers into simple leaf designs (draw a template on light card that you can follow with the scissors or craft cutter). Make as many paper leaves as you feel you have time for. You might wish to turn some into arrangements and use some loose, so keep this in mind when making them. Make small bouquet arrangements with some of the leaves. Place these around the base of a glass candle holder and insert an orange/gold etc. candle in the top of the holder. Strew a few of the single leaves around the table in an artistic fashion. Ensure that color mixes are matching and in theme. Napkin rings and tags - Use additional pieces of paper to make napkin rings and name tags. Cut thin strips of paper and adjust these strips to fit around your folded cloth napkins. Glue or tape in place. Vary the colors if you have a good eye for matching designs. Make name tags from the same colors of paper. Use a nice matching color of dark mustard type paper to stamp the letters on, or save time and use a Gel pen or similar to simply write the names. Placemats - Place strips of colored paper diagonally overlapping each other to make diamonds that fit the rectangular shape of a placemat. You can also try round shapes if preferred, or be really daring and try shapes such as pumpkins, turkeys or Cornucopias. Glue in place.

Use nature for inspiration. Adding natural elements to the table underlines the harvest theme. Purchase miniature squash to decorate the table. These come already packaged with their own incredible charm and colors, so there really is no need to do anything else with them. Look for some that still have wispy tendrils, as these add a delicate finishing touch. If you have access to clean fall leaves, you might like to add these to the table, or even create a display using leaves, pine cones and twigs. Use fruit, such as apples and pears, in small displays. Add a display of fresh flowers in hues of yellow, oranges or muted reds. Use unshelled pecan nuts as another symbol of harvest time. Either place them strategically loose on the table, or add to a bowl, the Cornucopia basket or some other arrangement. If you have a small toy squirrel, place it next to the pecan nuts. Set the rest of the table as you would always for a dinner party. Use your best dinnerware and flatware and if you haven't purchased specially themed Thanksgiving serviettes, use plain-colored cloth ones that match the theme. Add fine quality glassware and the set the name tag in place.

Ensure that your plates and flatware are in good condition, clean and ready for fast addition. This might seem an obvious thing to add but finding dishes and flatware that didn't come up as clean and shiny as they should have from the dishwasher is an unnecessary last-minute source of frustration. Check ahead! Dollar stores often have great paper turkey decorations that can be added tastefully to the table display. Tape lucky numbers under the saucers. When there is a gap in conversation, call out lucky numbers and award fall-themed prizes. Make sure that every child wins a prize. Don't forget to peel off the numbers before washing.

Don't leave guests unattended at the front door on arrival. Arrange for somebody in the house to be the meeter and greeter. It also helps chief cook a lot if somebody else assumes the drinks and nibbles responsibilities. If kids help with the craft projects, supervise cutting elements. Never leave paper near a candle. The paper objects must be at the base of the candle holder and nowhere near the flame.

Rambutan and Lansones are my most favorite tropical fruit. Rambutan fruit has a thick skin that is covered with fine, short hairs. It's a small fruit, not bigger than the size of a hen's egg. Inside, you will find a small seed covered with half transparent flesh. The color of rambutan is red or yellow. The fruit has a soft sweet taste. The name "rambutan" comes from the Malay world "rambut", which means 'hair'. There is a great demand for this fruit. You usually find this kind of fruit in the islands of Mindanao, Panay, southern Luzon (region Batangas) and Mindoro.

Lansones is very sweet fruit, was first discovered in Malaysia. This fruit is usually very expensive.

Buying a house is the most expensive purchase you will probably ever make and there are many considerations you have to think about before you actually buy it. Think towards the future. Everything should be carefully thought out when determining what your "ideal house" will be.

You might want to check Real Property Management services single family homes, condos, apartment buildings, store fronts, and Homeowner associations. For more information visit the link provided above.

The quality of being elusive is possibly elusive in and of itself but with a little practice you might be able to perfect it.

1. Always leave an air of mystery about who you are. Don't tell everyone everything about yourself; leave plenty of things for them to guess but don't provide confirmation of their guesses.
2. Don't answer all the time. When the door knocks, don't answer it. If you live with other people, tell them to answer it and let them know that you're "not at home". Don't answer the phone; make people leave messages which you can choose to answer or not in your own time. Don't tell people where you live - let them guess but again, don't confirm it.
3. Never commit to anything unless you absolutely have to. Instead, leave a sense of possibility at your involvement but it's entirely up to you whether or not you'll get involved. Turn up to events or occasions sometimes but not other times; but never directly answer invites or requests. Say things like: "Maybe I'll come, I just know yet.", "Perhaps I could make it but there is not certainty.", "If I'm in town I'll try to come." and leave it at those vague statements.
4. Never reveal your favorite brands, scent, TV shows, etc. Again, leave people guessing. If they ask, hedge your responses with vague comments such as, "It's always changing, so I don't really know right now.", "Well, I used to like a certain brand but it went out of production, so now I'm still looking for a replacement as good as it was."
5. Avoid participating in school or community projects on a regular basis. Turn up now and then to offer occasional help when people least expect it but most need it. This will develop a pattern of them understanding that you're worth knowing and having around but that it can never be certain when you will be.
6. Have a wide circle of friends+. See different friends all the time and don't make really close friendships unless you know that you can trust them to respect your need for being elusive. If there is any sign that they find you unpredictable in a negative way, make it clear to them that you never promised to be a reliable sidekick.

Yes you can enjoy your own dinner party! The 3 keys to hosting a stress-free dinner party are to keep it simple, do as many chores as you can ahead of the big day, and prepare as many dishes as you can ahead of your guests' arrival.

Keep it simple: Limit the guest list to eight people, six is even better. Choose a neutral table setting that lets your colorful centerpiece flowers pop. Serve no more than three courses. Feature only one "fancy" dish. Plan a mostly make ahead menu with few items that need last minute kitchen time. Do ahead. Two weeks in advance, invite your guests and choose a menu with mostly make-ahead dishes. A few days ahead, shop for the non-perishables and clean house. The day ahead, shop for the perishables and set the dinner table and do a last minute clean of the bathroom and living room. Prepare your make ahead recipes the day before or morning of your dinner party.

Remember that your guests are the real stars of the evening, not your food. The food is only your pleasant excuse for getting together, so don't worry about putting on a gourmet restaurant spread. Never serve a dish you haven't made before. This way you avoid disasters like apologizing for a recipe that doesn't taste the way you hoped it would. You are part of the company and your guests expect to talk with you. Keeping it simple means you get to spend time with your guests instead of in the kitchen. Don't get nervous about choosing wine. If you're not sure what to serve, just go to your local wine store and ask for something simple and inexpensive that most people are likely to enjoy. Remember, people love to give advice, and wine store staff are no different! Check the ingredient list for every recipe against your pantry contents. Make sure you already have the item on hand or add it to your shopping list. This has the added bonus of preventing you from buying duplicates! In your last minute schedule be sure to include time for you to get dressed, set out the appetizers, put on the dinner music and - yes - sit down for a few minutes before your guests arrive. Wow! What a stress-free way to start enjoying your own dinner party. Set the table the night before (at a minimum). Set out all the serving dishes and place in each a sticky note with what it is that goes there. Don't forget to get out the serving pieces. You don't want to be looking for the cake server, salad tongs, or gravy ladle at the last minute. This also gives you plenty of time to wash any dust/fingerprints from your china or glassware. And, if you've used most of the china from a visible china cabinet, you can take this time to put some decorative items in there or reconfigure what's left.
