It's on 70's here today. The weather is really nice compare in the pass few days.I was out earlier playing with our puppy pepsi. And of course flowers are out, the air full pollen and that causes my eyes to swell earlier. I end up going inside the house for I cannot take the it anymore. My eyes was itchy and watery... that mean my allergy is kicking my butt. I know it's time of that year again. Allergy pill routine.
My niece just have her first born Wednesday. She called me six hours after she had the baby. The delivery went really well, she had second degree rip which is natural for natural birth. She had a baby boy named Nataniel, the baby weigh 7lbs 5 oz. Which is I think the baby is big compare to my niece size. My niece is very slender that is why I said that. Anywho.... I got to go see the baby yesterday... the baby is so tiny and cute. Seem like I forgotten how tiny is the baby when they are born LOL. Hey it's been like 9 years, since I had my daughter.
My niece was complaining that her back is killing her,it's normal because she had that normal birth. Her body is still adjusting from all the pushing and things. So, I gave her a massage, which it ease the pain a little bit. I told her to soak at least twice a day and ask her husband to massage her back.
I wasn't able to take a picture when I visited her yesterday, we were busy chatting and giving her tips on things about the baby. But definitely take a picture next time I visit her.

This is how to prevent would-be burglars from entering your property.
Erect a strong, tall fence around the perimeter of your garden to keep opportunist burglars out. The Neighborhood Watch Trust recommend topping the fence with trellis. Its lightweight structure makes it very difficult for someone to climb over. See warnings. Close off any side passage ways on your property with a tall and sturdy gate. This should be lockable, preventing would be thieves from slipping around to the back of your house where they can work unseen. Plant deterrents, like prickly hedges. Plant them strategically around your garden to block any unwanted entrance points. Make sure the hedges don't obscure the view of the front door from the road, as this would give potential burglars the perfect cover to break in. Secure your shed. All sheds and other outbuilding should be solid enough to withstand being kicked in, and be secured with a substantial lock. Other than being stolen your expensive tools could be used to break into the house.
Contact the Crime Prevention officer from your local police station, they will be able to advise you on the security measures specific to your property. If there isn't already a Neighborhood Watch scheme in your area consider setting one up. Don't leave any valuables, such as bikes, unlocked.Never top a wall or fence with barbed wire or broken bottles. Not only is this harmful to cats and birds, but also makes it your responsibility if anyone injures themselves on it.

Many tasks can seem far too daunting, especially to chronic procrastinators. So you procrastinate and procrastinate, and you never get the dastardly deed over with!
1. Remember that you'll feel much better once you've done it. You're already stressed out, or at least filled with dread. Keep in mind that, once you're done with this terrible task, that will be the end of it, and you'll be able to move on.
2. Eliminate distractions Think about what you have to do and nothing else. If necessary, unplug your TV, computer and phone to prevent distractions.
3. Remember that you're more likely to regret never having tried than you are to regret failure. Putting off asking out that cute girl? Just think how much worse you'll feel if you never ask her than if you ask her and she turns you down. What if you found out months later that she had once liked you?
4. Get any thoughts of failure out of your head. For example, if you can't bring yourself to write that English essay, visualize getting a paper with a huge "A+" on the top. Try your hardest to not think about rejection or failure.
5. Just do it. Block out all other thoughts, and put yourself in the "zone." Just run up there and do it; don't look back!
6. Set stopping points for rewards Just got through half your essay? Done with twenty of the algebra problems? Stop for a few minutes, do something you enjoy as a reward. Just remember to start again.
7. Congratulate yourself. You just overcame the hardest of all conflicts: man against himself. Bask in the glory, even if you didn't do as well as you hoped you might have!
Don't let yourself be talked out of doing what you want to do. That way, it'll never get done. Cut out all negative influences from your life.Once you've gone out into the firing line , do what you need to do and do it well. Wimping out makes you look weak and you'll look like you have no backbone.
