After working hard, every woman deserves a break. Here's how to have yourself a great relaxing evening- without getting disturbed!
Finish all the things you had planned for the day that were absolutely essential for you to do. If you have something on your mind that's bothering you, it will be very hard to relax and enjoy yourself.
Tell everybody you live with(if you don't live alone) not to bother you.
Turn off cellphones, pagers, phones, messenger, computers,etc. You don't want to be interrupted during your evening.
The best thing to do to begin the relaxation process is to take a bath. The bath is not meant to cleanse, but mostly to relieve tension, so if you need to wash your hair, shave, etc. its better to do this before you begin.
Turn on some relaxing music, light some candles, read a book, have a glass of wine and some chocolate, or simply relax.
Stay in your bath for as long as you want.
When you get out, dry off, smooth on some sweet smelling body lotion and change into some comfy clothing.
Pull your hair back into a ponytail, if the length allows, or simply push back with a headband.
Wash your face with a good cleanser, exfoliate, tone and out on a great face mask. Search on wikihow for some great face mask recipes. Leave on for about 15-20 mins. read a book or magazine while you wait.Wash off with warm water and apply some moisturizer.
Rent a good chick flick(or any other type of movie you enjoy), make some popcorn or other snacks, curl up with a blanket and enjoy. You may want to give yourself a manicure or pedicure while you do this.
After the movie is over, make sure you have a warm, clean bed to go to. Grab a book, turn on some nice music. Make sure you turn off the music before you fall asleep though.

Find some great recipes for fast, yummy and nutritious foods that you would enjoy having, or simply curl up with your favorite dessert or a tub of chocolate ice cream.
When taking a bath to make it even more enjoyable, try adding a few drops of essential oils. Check for oils that will give you the desired effect(relaxing, invigorating,etc.)
To make your bath even more enjoyable and leave your skin baby soft, smooth and supple, combine the juice of 2 lemons, 1 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oils, and some cinnamon, or another spice to add a scent.
Just relax, and don't think about anything that could ruin your treatment-school, work, bills, etc.
Find a night when you have absolutely nothing to do. Unless you do your spa in the afternoon. If you do the spa in the afternoon, make sure you keep track of time. It would stink to be in the middle of your facial mask and have to go running out somewhere.

Do not fall sleep in the bath.
Do not do this and neglect other work you may have to do!
If you are allergic to any products mentioned above, do NOT use them, as it can cause serious injury.
