    Hello Jane. Although I considered myself thin (108 lbs) but I am still thinking of going to the gym. I've learned that not only overweight people needs exercise but all of us. I think that it will help us boost our energy so that we won't easily gets tired. Hope after my visit to the Philippines that I will pursue in going to the gym.
