Relaxation is a key element to good health and well being, as well as a stress reliever. A bubble bath, warm music and a glass of wine will help remove the stress of the day.
Think about the last time you took a bath, for yourself to languish in and soak away the stresses of the day.
Make time for yourself to relax and give your mind body and spirit some attention and for a while let your worries drift away.
Make a bath special. Take the phone off the hook. Pour yourself a glass of wine, choose a magazine and run a hot bath adding oil or bubbles. The aroma therapeutic choices on offer today are staggering. Then immerse yourself in the tub and let all your stresses wash down the overflow with the displaced water.
Relax and think happy thoughts of sun kissed beaches and star lit skies and let thoughts of kids, work and money evaporate with the steam. Open your mind, meditate and just enjoy!
Try to take a shower before so you are clean before and your not just soaking in your own filth for a long time. It is more beneficial and maybe make yourself a facial mask.


Meditation in a bath could be a risky thing, prop yourself up in such a way that you don't drown, or let people know where you are and what you are doing and that you don't want to be disturbed
Don't drink too much wine in the bath! You could get drunk and then get a hangover!
