Sometimes you see spam in your inbox and you don't know how to make your e-mail client categorize it as spam.
For G-mail (Google), go to your inbox and click the box next to the spam and on the top toolbar, click "report spam".
For MSN or Hot mail, go to your inbox and click the box next to the spam and on the top toolbar, click "junk".
For Yahoo, go to your inbox and click the box next to the spam and on the top toolbar, click "spam".
For AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) mail, go to your inbox and click the box next to the spam and on the top toolbar, click "report spam".
* Try not to put your e-mail address in websites that have stuff like "Free PS2" because doing that will add you to their "spam list" and you will get spam from them and from other companies that they sell your information to.
* You can also register at SpamCop and paste your Spam's headings into the box they give you. You might want to use a program such as Mail washer to look at your email's full heading so any code used to verify your email will not work.
